Situated on one acre of land it is a private retreat that is approximately a 10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive to Long Bay Beach where you can walk for miles on a pristine white sand beach.
Alta vista is a 2 story house with each floor containing 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms with AC and WIFI and a 30' pool. (total 4 bedrooms). It has a spectacular 270 degree view of the south shore of Providenciales from Long Bay to Juba Sound- Sunrise to Sunset the views are always breathtaking.
The upper unit consists of two bedrooms/one and a half bathrooms, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is a king that can be divided into 2 extra long twins. The lower two bedroom/two bathroom unit is almost identical and also houses a queen size bed and a king that can be divided to make 2 extra long twins. This 4 bedroom property can accommodate 8-12 people with the use of both sleeper sofas.
The kitchens and bathrooms in both units feature granite tops and stainless steel appliances with high end cabinetry. The sofas on both floors pull out to accommodate 2 extra people on each floor. Besides AC there are ceiling fans and TV and DVD in each bedroom and living room.
