Cocoa Villa
Cocoa Villa is on the Northeast end of Providenciales’s famous Grace Bay Beach in an area referred to as Leeward Beach. It sits back from the beach with stunning views of the ocean beyond. It is a short three minute walk down a sandy pathway from the villa to the white sand and turquoise blue waters of Grace Bay Beach. The villa is spacious with an open air design that takes advantage of the tropical breezes and spectacular views.

Cocoa Villa is decorated in a colonial, tropical fashion with handmade wooden doors, cabinetry and moldings. Many of the furnishings were handcrafted in Haiti of beautiful mahogany. The interior of the villa is comprised of a living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. Cocoa Villa has a large outdoor sitting, dining and sunbathing area and a large swimming pool. It is located near Leeward Marina, the golf course, the casino and lots of great restaurants.
The bed configuration is 1 king and 1 queen upstairs and 1 queen on the ground floor level. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and contains 2 bunk beds.
Cocoa Villa sits just back from the beach, about a 3 minute walk via a pathway. Everyday lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up at the end of the pathway for the convenience of the guests.
