Casa Ananas is a spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa, nestled within lush tropical vegetation at the very tip of Ocean Point on the South Side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Casa Ananas has a light and airy interior and is decorated in a contemporary tropical style.

This villa features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable tropical style couches and chairs. The living area opens onto a large screened porch with additional dining facilities and powder room.

The large modern kitchen is fitted with top of the range stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and has a large central island for preparation. The adjacent dining area overlooks the pool deck and ocean.

On either side of the entrance foyer you will find two of the four bedrooms. Each has an en suite bathroom, and air conditioning*. The Master Suite is located off of the screened porch, providing additional privacy and seclusion for the occupants. The air conditioned master suite is beautifully furnished in a colonial style with mahogany four poster bed. French doors open onto a private patio area overlooking the ocean - the perfect place for morning coffee. The master suite has a large en suite bathroom with double vanity and spacious walk in shower. The fourth bedroom is completely secluded over the garage, providing the perfect perch for those looking for additional privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed. All other bedrooms have queen beds. The house can be rented in a 3 bed/3 bath configuration without the use of the 4th bedroom.

A large freshwater pool provides the perfect place to take a cooling dip in the afternoon. Steps lead down from the pool deck to your own private man made beach area, complete with chaises and ocean access via your own swimming dock. Drop off the dock and you are in Taylor Bay and just a few steps through the water to Taylor Bay Beach. Two kayaks are provided for exploring Taylor Bay and the surrounding area.
